How to
open sternos
We include sternos in some of our catering orders. Here is an instructional on just how easy they are to open. All you need is another sterno, which is included.
How to light sternos
Sternos are easy to light, just make sure you have you have a long reach lighter.
Preparing your heating tray
Your food can stay warm for a long time. After lighting the sternos, pour enough water to cover the bottom and place your food trays on top.
Keep roast beef warm
After lighting your sternos, pour your ajous that comes with your catering order in the large tray.
Than it’s ready to add the beef.
Warming the

After you have fired up the sternos and added your ajous, it’s time to add the beef. Pile it in,
it will stay warm while your guests enjoy.
